Terms and Conditions

All Nook Dance Centre parents/guardians and students must follow the parent/guardian code of conduct and all Nook Dance Centre policies and procedures. These are regularly reviewed and updated and can be found here. A breach of the code of conduct may result in termination of enrolment.

Fees

  • Class fees are invoiced by the school term and must be paid prior to your child's first class of each term. Nook Dance Centre may exclude students whose fees are more than 3 weeks overdue and no communication received.

  • We do not allow students to enrol for a portion of the term. The full term fee must be paid regardless of planned absences such as holidays. Make-up classes are available for most age groups.

  • Nook Dance Centre does not offer refunds unless we have had to cancel a class or in particular circumstances that must be discussed with us prior to missing classes. Please note that refunds will not be offered for missing classes due to holidays as we will be reserving your place in your class while you are gone.

  • An administration and insurance fee of $6.00 per family, per term will be charged along with each term’s fees.

Safety

  • Students participate at own risk. Nook Dance Centre is not liable for any injury sustained at Nook Dance Centre either in classes or before/after classes.

  • In the case of a medical emergency, Nook Dance Centre reserves the right to call an ambulance at the expense of the parent/ carer of the child requiring medical attention.
